Goals

Vélocité! is an association law 1901 whose object is the promotion of the use of the bicycle in urban environment. Vélocité! is also the title of a audio-visual program of urban discovery which makes it possible to illustrate the pleasure and the utility to be with bicycle in the towns of France, Europe and the world.

Observation

For a few years, the cities have tried to solve certain problems arising from the car in urban environment. Thanks to the work of certain associations relayed by the authorities the bicycle appeared for a great number of municipalities like a mode of relevant urban displacement and particularly adapted to intramural displacements.
